An incomplete model of an Antung trader type junk

An overhead view of an incomplete model of an Antung trader type junk on the ground, presumably at Liu Kung Tao. The model was commissioned by D W Waters and made by Tung Ya and his assistants at the back of the Roman Catholic Church in Liu Kung Tao, near Weihaiwei. The photographer is looking down on the model from high above the port bow. The hull, deck planking and the forward and aft bulkheads of the accommodation shelter are complete but the deck fittings, masts, rigging, etc are still to be done.
