A starboard broadside view of a fully rigged model of the Antung trader type junk number 1938 at Liu Kung Tao. The model has a foremast, a mainmast and two mizzen masts sited to port and starboard at the stern. A lug sail is set on each mast as well as a flying jib, a staysail between the fore and main masts, a spinnaker on an outrigger boom attached to the foremast and a main topsail. The model, which is displayed on a wooden stand, was commissioned by D W Waters and made by Tung Ya and his assistants at the back of the Roman Catholic Church in Liu Kung Tao, near Weihaiwei. Negative number P34517 is a very similar view.
