A port side view of the waist of a fully rigged model of a Yeungkong fisher type junk. The model, which is displayed on a wooden stand on a table, was commissioned by D W Waters and made by Tung Ya and his assistants at the back of the Roman Catholic Church in Liu Kung Tao, near Weihaiwei. The photographer is looking almost vertically down on the model from aft of the mainmast showing the fish holds with the hatches removed. Negatives numbers P34571 to P34578 inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
