A bone china plate, gilt and transfer-printed with a view of the yacht 'Jolie Brise' in the centre, 'JOLIE BRISE AT THE FASTNET' below. It is surrounded by silhouettes of eight Fastnet winners 'Jolie Brise', 'Dorade', 'Bloodhound', 'Carina', 'Myth of Malham', 'Zwerves', 'Clarion of Wight' and 'Red Rooster'. The plate bears the inscription 'ROYAL OCEAN RACING CLUB 1925-1975' and the crest of the club in gilt -a naval crown above a seahorse.
