The signature of the Fairfield Admiralty Overseer is printed on the drawing. A Fairfield Shipbuilding stamp, dated 30 June 1915 is also printed on the plan. There are tears along the right hand edge of the drawing. This plan illustrates a vessel that was originally ordered for Greece, which is why the scale measurement is metric.
