Oval enamelled patch box with a mirror inside the lid, commemorating Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). The base and sides are green, the sides in a raised scallop design. The lid is white inscribed in black: 'When Nelson knew the Battle was won He said the fate. Gods will be done'
