Statuette
Statuette depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). The admiral is shown full-length in uniform and hat, a coil of rope behind the legs. The figure has no queue and may once have rested on a sword (now missing). The tails of the coat are turned back but not buttoned. The figure stands a black wooden plinth, circular in section. After the statue by E.H. Bailey in Tafalgar Square, London.
