Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson, 1758-1805
Small painted wax head-and-shoulders bust of Nelson, with a round socle and on a turned wooden pedestal base, similar in type to Robinson and Leadbetter Parian-ware ceramic busts. Nelson is shown in uniform, with epaulettes and the sash of the Order of the Bath.
