Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson, 1758-1805
A bust of Horatio Nelson, which is painted black.The figure is shown in rear-admiral's full-dress uniform, with one Naval gold medal inscibed 'NILE 1. AUGT. 1798' and wearing the ribbon and star of the Bath. Incised on the back is 'Pub'd 10th Oct. 1798 by L. Gahagan made & sold by R. Shout Holborn. Lord Nelson alter'd by R. Shout, 18 Holborn London 1805'.
