A painted plaster model of a Greenwich and a Chelsea Pensioner, seated on the ground, on a wooden base, and which originally had a now missing glass cover. The Chelsea man is bald, toothless, is missing both his right arm and leg. He wears a red jacket and black breeches and holds a clay pipe in his left hand. The Greenwich pensioner is missing both his legs and his left arm, and is also toothless. He wears a cocked hat, shirt and black breeches. This item was presented to the Museum on 28 November 1935 by a Mrs Roberts apparently with the information that the model was 'Taken from the life, by my uncle'.
