Portrait plaque
Portrait plaque depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). Lozenge-shaped cast-iron plaque with a serrated edge. There is an oval portrait of Nelson in the centre after de Vaere. It is surrounded by naval tropies-a trident and guns. The front is painted black and there is a hole for suspension.
