Portrait plaque depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). A natural-coloured wax profile plaque showing Nelson wearing the Bath star and a medal, facing left. It is based on the Wedgwood plaque but cut off shorter. It is mounted on red velvet, in a gilded oval wood frame.
