Door knob
Door knob commemorating Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) and the battle of the Nile, 1798. A round door knob in gilded brass with a coloured enamel inset showing a warship, inscribed 'ADMIRAL NELSON. VANGUARD, 74 guns Augst 1st 1798'. The door knob has a beaded border. There is a screw for attachment at the back.
