Silver-plated clock-case modelled as a corner-tower of Flamsteed House. It is square with a domed tiled roof with a ball finial. The case stands on four ball feet. The sides depict in relief Flamsteed's 7' sextant and the Mariner 10 spacecraft. The clock face is brass with black Roman numerals and hands; it is glazed with perspex. The case is inscribed: 'Flamsteed 1675' on the left side and 'Hunter 1975' on the right side.
