Pewter plate

A pewter plate that has a faded crest of three lions engraved on the outside rim. There is a thin line on the base of the plate that extends all the way round the inside. There are two crest on the back of the plate, one is of a rose topped with a crown with the word "LONDON" engraved underneath. The second crest apprears to be a globe but the writing underneath has faded and is indecipherable. There is a small crown with a "V" between these two crest. The makers marks are present on the back of the plate. The plate has a dent on its outer rim and is tarnished all over.
