Silver arm badge presented to William Phelps
An oval silver arm badge. It consists of bearing in relief the white horse of Hanover. A scroll with the word "LIBERTY" is inscribed above, a scroll with the words "WON BY WILLIAM PHELPS, THE GIFT OF MISTER DOGGETT THE FAMOUS COMEDIAN 1875" is inscribed below inside a laurel wreath border.
