EPNS egg cup: HMS Hood
An electroplated egg with a scrolled rim of pierced lattice with a work band around its top. There is a small badge of HMS Hood (comprising of a chough leaning on a anchor) attached on one side. Inscribed on a blue ribbon scroll are the words "H.M.S. Hood". Stamped under the rim are the words "EPNS MAADE IN ENGLAND".
