Electroplated fish knife

An electroplated fish knife associated with the battlecruiser HMS 'Invincible' that was sunk at the Battle of Jutland in May 1916. Inscribed on the knife are the maker's marks"W,S,CO,EP" along with an engraving of a bird. The blade has a floral decoration engraved on it. The knife has a light patina all over and the handle is tarnished.
