A wooden ceremonial lauching mallet with a gavel bearing and a silver gilt plaque on one side. Inscribed on the paque are the words "HMIS KISTNA LAUNCHED BY MRS GODFREY FROM YARROW & COS SHIPYARD SCOTSTONN 22ND APRIL 1943".
