Fork that possibly belonged to the Earl of St Vincent

A two pronged steel fork with a silver pistoled handle that has a connection to the Earl of St Vincent. The handle has a small coat of arms embossed on it. Part of the handle where it attaches to the fork has fallen off. It is heavily rusted in that section and there is significant surface patination along the length of the fork. At the end of the end of the pistoled handle there has been some surface darkening. The fork tips are no longer even.
