Silver sugar tongs

A pair of sugar tongs with slightly pointed bowls. There is a raised pattern of floral decorations with a bird, fan at the tip. There is a crest engraved on the tongs. There is some patination on the back of the tongs and around the edges of the bowls and a small amount on the inside.
