Boatswain's call

A silver boatswain's call with a barrel shaped buoy with a crown and anchor on both sides. The keel is decorated and ends in a scroll. The initials "J.N." is inscribed on the keel and the word "VICTORY" is engraved on the gun. The gun is slightly dented.
