Foul anchor on base.
A foul anchor in silver on wooden base with band of inlay and baize underneath. Anchor mounted on wooden blocks so that it swivels. Under neath the anchor is a small plaque. Written on the plaque is the famous quote from Lord Nelson "ENGLAND EXPECTS EVERY MAN WILL DO HIS DUTY".
