Brass whistle

A brass whistle in the form of a gun barrel with two interlinked rings. The bottom of the whilstle forms the shape of a knob and has a metal ring attached. The mouthpiece of the whilstle has been sealed but the other opening where the sound would escape if blown remains open. There are a number of scratched on the outer body and the ring on the bottom is tarnished.
