Elephant figurine on marble base
Gilded figure of an elephant with a castellated howdah on its back, mounted on a white marble base. It is hollow and may have been a spill holder. Said to have belonged to Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) and been used in his cabin.
