Two stone buttons with silver shanks, one of which is attached to a card mount. With a typed Royal United Service Institution label which reads: '2069 Two lava buttons worn by Lord Nelson, and given to the widow of Admiral Hon. W. Clement Finch. Given by the Family of the late Admiral Finch.'
