H.M.S. 'Lutine' wood fragment
A fragment of wood from the anchor of HMS 'Lutine' in a circular brass container with a glass lid. Inscribed on the base of the brass case: '1779 LUTINE wrecked 1779'. The item can be seen in the centre of the image in the circular container.
