Inkstand
The stand is of cartouche-shaped rectangular form with heavily scrolled borders and chased foliate decoration and is raised on four scrolled feet. The middle of the stand has a central, dipped circular section, two oblong, dipped sections with rounded ends and two raised parts for holding the inkwells that have a fretwork design. There are hallmarks on the underside, as well as a maker's mark..
