Snuff box made from HSM 'Boyne'
A snuff box made from the wood of HMS 'Boyne'. A wooden box, once lined with cut off corners. It is hinged part way along lid. A copper plate on the lid is engraved with an equestrian statue of William III. On a paper inside: 'A piece of the old Boyne weighed from the bottom at Portsmouth after she was burnt. Presented by T. Afleck when Lieut to his uncle Adml. Affleck.'
