Hand blotter with handle shaped as a capstan. It has a curved blotting surface. Plaque on the side is inscribed: 'MADE FROM TIMBER REMOVED FROM H.M.S.BRITANNIA CADET TRAINING SHIP AT DARTMOUTH.1869-1905'
