Inkstand made from H.M.S. 'Foudroyant'
An inkstand made from oak and copper from H.M.S. 'Foudroyant'. A wooden stand on feet with copper handles. The copper tray has pierced decoration and ink pots. There is a drawer in the front of the stand. A plaque on the base is inscribed: 'Manufactured from the oak and copper salved from Nelson's Foudroyant'.
