Tea caddy
Tea caddy said to be made of the wood of Spanish prize 'Santissima Trinidad'. The box has canted corners with a plaque and handle on the lid. It has a lock and key. The interior has a cut glass bowl in the centre section with a foil-lined tea caddy with a fitted lid on either side. Inscription: 'This is part of the Santissima Trinidada. Four-decker taken the memorable 21 Octr 1805. Captain Stockham commanded HMS Thunderer on that day.' The 'Santisima Trinidad' in fact sank in the storm on the 22 October 1805.
