Cigarette box made from H.M.S. 'Victory'

Cigarette box, on a plinth with a hinged lid decorated with a wooden anchor -a model of monument at Southsea, Portsmouth. Painted on the anchor stock is: 'Oak and copper from the Victory'. On each side of the base under glass: 'England expects every man to do his duty', 'Ready aye ready.', 'The British fleet consisted of 27 sail of the line, that of the allies of France and Spain 33, of these 19 were taken or destroyed by Lord Nelson.', ' Near this memorial on the 8th September 1805 Admiral Lord Nelson embarked for the last time being killed on the following 21st October at the victorious battle of Trafalgar.' The anchor is broken into four pieces and a corner piece of the plinth has also become detached. There is also a miscellaneous piece of wood that does not appear to be part of the object.
