Tobacco cutter
A tobacco cutter made of wood and steel. The cutter has a metal board with a blade and handle that are mounted on a brown wooden base. Next to the blade, the edge of the wooden base curves inward. At the other end is a small gear that is attached to a ratchet mechanism.
