Paris, 6th seal of the city, before 1411. It shows a sailing vessel, the head of the sail bears three fleurs-de-lys per fess, which is contemporaneous with their addition in chief to the shield of arms of Paris. A cast of an impression on a document of 1412. The matrix was cut some years before 1411. The cast is painted red.
