Cast of a badge depicting Smeaton's Eddystone Lighthouse, rebuilt 1757. Uniface. View of the Eddystone Lighthouse with ships around it. Legend: ' IN . SALUTEM . OMNIVM'. Exergue: 'EDISTONE RESURGIT 1757'. The badge was worn by seamen employed in building the third Eddystone lighthouse, to prevent impressment.
