Medal cast
Two casts, obverse and reverse, of a commemorative medal. Obverse: Within a wreath, an urn inscribed: 'NELSON', flanked by a lion and anchor, trophies above. Reverse: Neptune with a trident, blowing a conch shell, a dolphin at his feet. Inscription: 'ALEXANDER SHEDDEN APRIL 12th 1812'. The medal commemorates the inauguration of a Nelson Club.
