A fort to the right below the baton inscribed: 'FORT CHAGRE' Legend: 'THE.BRITISH . GLORY . REVIV.D . BY . ADMIRAL . VERNON'. Reverse: A view of the port. Six shipsare placed two and four, all sailing left. Legend: 'WHO . TOOK . PORTO . BELLO . WITH . SIX . SHIPS . ONLY. Exergue: 'NOV. 22. 1739'.
