Album with fabric and decoration samples for the ship 'Viceroy of India'

A black leather bound album. Printed on the cover in brown ink are the word "P & O. S. N. COY. NEW PASSENGER VESSEL NO. 519., BEING BUILT BY MESSRS. ALEXANDER STEVENS & SONS LIMITED, GLASGOW. SCHEMES FOR DECORATING AND FURNISHING WARING & GILLOW LTD, BY APPOINTMENT TO HIS MAJESTY THE KING LONDON". Inside the front and back cover is a gold coloured decoration that goes around the edge of the inside cover. It contains photographs of drawings showing schemes for decorations and furniture of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company liner R.M.S. 'Viceroy of India' 1929. Etched onto the corner of several photographs are the words "THIS PHOTOGRAPH IS THE PROPERTY OF WARING & GILLOW LTD". There are some light sratches on the front and back cover.
