Medal cast
Two casts, obverse and reverse, of a commemorative medal. Obverse: The original engraved with an image based on a portrait of Maurice, Prince of Orange. Legend (two lines): 'ROBT BLAKE. Born 1598. Died 1657. He fought at once with Ships and Castles. He dared the Fury of all the Elements & left an Example to Posterity which is incredible-to be imitated'. Reverse: A naval action with a ship sinking in the foreground, based on a naval reward.
