Nelson commemorative watch paper

Watch paper for a Nelson commemorative watch. The roughly square piece of paper has a design that is roughly circular, that is bordered by a snake eating it's tail. Inside the border is a woman in a dress and cloak hugging an urn that says "NELSON" on it, on top of a plinth with the makers information, "Wm RADFORD", and the base of the plinth reads "Goldsmith Leeds.". In the background is a weeping willow and to the right of the figure is a ship at sea.
