Two casts, obverse and reverse, of a French jeton, 1637. Obverse: Bust of Richelieu, badge of Order of Saint Esprit round neck. Legend: 'ARMAND IOAN . CAR DVXDE RICHELIEV.' Reverse: Port-broadside view of ship, flying the French standard at the main; two winds blowing from left and right. Legend: '.FVRENTIBVS EMINET AVSRIS' (stands forth to spite the raging winds). Exergue: '1637.'
