Framed communication notice between King George V and Admiral Jellicoe

A paper notice in a wooden frame. Printed on the notice are the words "H.M,.S. 'HERCULES' AUG 1914-NOV 1918, GIVING MESSAGES FROM KING GEORGE V TO JELLICOE ON AUG 4TH 1914, ALSO PERMISSION FROM C IN C TO GRAND FLEET TO SPLICE THE MIANBRACE AT 1900HRS 11 NOV 1918". The notice is set in a frame with a carved lion on top. The paper is discoloured.
