Double-sided cast of a commemorative medal. Broken in half. Obverse: An altar with a heart on it, stands near a river. In the air two crossed keys over a cross; the Great Bear in the heavens. Legend: 'HUC TENDIMUS OMNES.' (The end must come). Reverse: Inscription: 'CAROLO XI D . G . SV . GOTH . VAND . REG . INV . PLENIPOTENT . ILLUSS S . ROE . M . SENATORIBUS . H . HORNIO . N . BIELKEN S . T . R . WISM . V . PRAES . GEN . I . R . AB . OWSTIEN . PRAESTITI HOMAGII . A . DUC . BREM . ET VERD . ORDIN . ET SUBD . ANNO MDCXCII M . APR.' Admiral Henrik Horn, together with Count Nils Bjelke and J. R. von Owstien, on behalf of the Swedish King, received the oath of allegiance taken by the towns of Bremen and Verden taken on 20 Apr 1692.
