Two casts, obverse and reverse, of a commemorative medalet. Obverse: Victory holding a flaming sword and a wreath. Legend: 'GOT SEGNETE UNSERE TAPFEREN HEERE'. (God has blessed our barve hosts). Reverse: Inscription: ' BESCHIESSUNG DES KRIEGSHAFENS VONLIBAU DURCH DIE KREUZER AUGSBURG UND MAGDEBURG D. 2 AUG.1914.' (Bombardment of the war harbour of Libau by the cruisers 'Augsburg' and Magdeburg'.
