Reverse: 'DURCH UNTERSEEBOOT 9 BEI HOEK VAN HOLLAND 3 ENGL. PANZERKREUZ. VERNICHTET D. 22. SEPT. 1914'. Commemorates destruction of three British armoured cruisers by U9 off Hook of Holland.
