Finishing touch postcard
A postcard that depicts an image of a line of sailors and a naval officer who are adjusting their uniforms before an inspection. taking part in physical drill on the deck of a ship. An inscription at the top of the postcard says 'OUR SAILORS'. An inscription at the bottom of the postcard '16. FINISHING TOUCH! '. The signature of the artist is printed in the bottom right corner of the postcard.
