Rendezvous
Scale:Unknown. A contemporary half block model of the yacht Rendezvous(1900). The wooden hull is made from horizontal planks in bread and butter fashion and is painted a light green with black topsides, separated by a thin white line along the waterline. The flush deck has a slight curve to the sheer starting at the curved bow and finishing with a long overhanging counter stern. The half elliptical-shaped rudder is fitted to the angled sternpost. The whole model is mounted on a polished rectangular shaped mahogany backboard with a beaded edge on which is inscribed "Rendezvous 30 Tons Cutter Designed By Fredr. Shepherd for Admiral The Hon. Victor Montagu, Built 1900".
