Half block model; Plating model
Scale: Unknown. Shipbuilders plating model a motor yacht. The model is made entirely in wood in bread and butter fashion and varnished in its natural state. The design of the hull is such that it has a canoe stern with a skeg below and a prop shaft bracket under the quarter. The hull has been marked with extensive constructional details which include the size and disposition of frames, plates, decks and waterlines and a number of internal features such as fresh water and fuel tanks. The model is mounted on a plain mahogany backboard.
