Launching casket formed of a stained dark, wooden box decorated with light-coloured wooden inlay. On the top of the lid is an inlaid monogram with decoration. There are inlaid, rectangular borders on the lid and each side of the base. The inside of the lid is lined with ruched blue silk and the base is lined with dark blue velvet, which is incomplete on the bottom. On the base of the box is a rectangle with blue felt.
